My name is R.E. Ramcharan.  I'm an attorney in Topeka, Kansas.

To do that, I accept a limited number of meritorious cases.   Those cases receive close attention and aggressive preparation before going into court.  Your case will not be farmed out to another lawyer or turned over to a paralegal.  Every step of the process gets my personal attention.  Your legal work will get done, not set aside for other clients' work.
